Customer service is often at the heart of a business which aims to provide an exceptional service that leaves the customer feeling valued and respected. Although providing an excellent service can involve extra resource, time and money, when you get it right it will enable you to stand out from your competition, maintain a positive reputation among future customers and encourage existing customers to purchase from your business again. Remember, it is six times more expensive to acquire a new customer than to retain an existing customer!
One of the prime examples of customer support was displayed by our service engineer Dayamay. One of our key client GE POWER, Durgapur were facing issue with their machine which had a memory card failure & also faced issue with the Y-axis length extension. This was a huge problem which needs to be addressed because the machine was completely shut down thus affecting the complete operations and it needed to be resolved quickly.
To make matter worst, the covid-19 second wave has affected the country making it really difficult for the engineers to visit the customer point to resolve the issue and this was a huge challenge for him, but Dayamay took the risk and visited the Durgapur plant for solving the issue. He even extended the support even in night shift. Not only he resolved the issue, but also proved that
CUSTOMER FIRST is always our greatest suit.
We salute Dayamay for his sheer determination and dedication.
