1. Executive Assistant to Director - Location Mumbai
Position Number: MCS017

Job Description:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes recording & Ensure effective follow-up on meetings and action items.
- Assist in budgeting, financial tracking, and expense management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Day-to-day planning of meetings and tasks for the Director of Sales
- Maintaining sales report data for the sales and service team, including BSC/KPI reports
- Actively participating in tender work and coordinating with the sales support team from the factory
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and personal information.
- Drafting letters and presentations to customers and stakeholders
- Drafting various award schemes released from the Director’s office
Skill Set:
- Knowledge in MS Office, Office Management are must
- Organising meeting as an when required and taking minutes and maintain the records.

Job Description:
- Drive Sales of Machines within Assigned Territory
- Conduct Daily Customer Visits to Pursue Sales Opportunities
- Maintain Strong Customer Relationships and Develop New Clientele
- Organize Customer Meetings and Seminars
- Enhance Technical Knowledge on Features and Benefits of Laser Cutting Machines
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposals for Machines
Skill Set:

3. Head - Product Management (CNC and Laser Machines) - Location Coimbatore
Position Number: MCS009

Job Description:
- Support strategic product development for all business segments.
- Analyse market trend, customer needs, competitive landscape and opportunities to present product strategy and product positioning
- Prepare and present business cases for new product initiatives to senior management with profitability and ROI
- Manage new product / continuous product development. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch.
- Support project initiation documents, product rollout / product launch activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans and align Product management goals with Go-To-Market plan
- Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements for all projects
- Support trade fairs, open house show etc.,
- Oversee the creation of marketing support documents, collateral, including Product catalogues, presentations, blogs, articles, case studies, videos etc
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate technical documentation for all products including revision management.
- Train team members for skill enhancement
Skill Set:
- Strategic outlook to support leadership team in creating product management strategy.
- Strong technical acumen in CNC, oxyfuel, plasma & laser machines, product management framework and its tools.
- Well versed with competitor analysis, product sales and market trend analysis, product positioning, Product Lifecycle Management and aligning priorities for development.
- Strong knowledge in Office 365, knowledge in Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with product Launch activities
- Knowledge in creating & managing technical documents including revision controls
- Working knowledge in JIRA, MS teams & MS Share point
- Techno-commercial acumen including product costing
- Project Management and cross functional team collaboration skills
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: Min 10 years relevant experience in capital equipment industry

- The job profile will mainly comprise of sales of our products viz oxyfuel gas equipment, welding accessories, gas manifold systems, plasma cutting machines etc
- The client base is mainly industrial.
- The person will have to interact with industry people as well as distributors.
- He will be required to travel, make sales calls, conduct seminars and demonstrations

Job Description:
- Handle and nurture relationships with existing dealers to ensure business growth and continuity.
- Conduct regular and extensive customer visits to generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
